Skateboard son's mom being sued by motorcyclist

I am in california my son was hit while riding his skateboard in california by a motorcycle when he was cutting behind traffic 2 cars behind a light. I will explain anything applicable needed to help me with handling this matter. I tried to avoid this matter with finese feeling it was frivilous since in the er room security had to be called when his family came up to my son with words of the man being in grave danger with children, as he did at the sight of the accident with witnesses. Security had his brothr removed from us and we learned later by proximity in the er that he not only did not even sprain a finger but that also his back injuries were not to be an isssue. My son and I were very shook up by the incident and also of the one created in the er. The insurance company persisted afterwards even asking my son for my social security no on one occasion the calls of a harrassing nature. will explain in detail. i have now been served papers and would like to know what or who can help.

A good attorney and your insurance.

Regardless of what the man's family did or said, your son had no business on the street on a skateboard and should have been ticketed.

You, as parent, are responsible until the brat turns 18.

Really simple.
Show up in court on the date/time shown.
After a judgment is rendered against YOU for the negligence of your son, pay it.
Then beat the crap out of your idiot son and make him repay you.
You're welcome!!

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
