I fell at work. Worker's comp has paid my medical. My knee was injured on May 18. After much therapy and several visits, the doctor decided I did not require surgury. My knee is still painful and has some partial disability. After the rating by the doctor, the insurance company has offered me $12,000 to settle. My question is should I try to negotiate this up or should I take the money and run so to speak?
