I had a fall at a night club about 3 years ago. I have had 3 different attorneys start this case but so far no one has gotten anywhere. What should I do?

My response:

Drop the case. You're going nowhere fast because you, and your attorneys, can't prove "Notice" and / or "Negligence" on the part of the Club. People slip and fall all the time; but that, alone, doesn't prove that a business owner:

1. Had notice of a defective condition of their premises; and,

2. That the business owner was negligent in some manner.

Sorry. I would recommend that you stop wasting your time.
