If I am driving down a 2 lane hi-way and come to an intersection where the light is yellow and the car ahead of me is stopped and there is enough room on the right side, where people normally make right turns, (note the lane only has enough room for 1 set of cars, except right at the intersection ) I can enter the intersection and nail a person making a left turn, with him thinking it is safe to do so, and its the guy making the left turns fault.
