What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ohio

I let someone else drive my vehicle. Needless to say they ran into a car parked on the road. I was told that he had insurance to drive other people's vehicle but since this has happen he told me he let it laspe. Now here is my question: Is the person who drove the car responsible for damages or is it the owners responsiblity?

Thanks in advance for all your help

Both of you are responsible, you for letting him borrow your car, and him for driving.

Also, insurance follows the car, not the driver, so it doesn't matter what insurance your friend had. Your insurance is the only one that applies.
