| Someone rear-ended my car while I were making U-turn [CALIFORNIA]
A car following me collided my car while I was making U-turn on an intersection without traffic light. The streets are single-lane traffic on both side. My u-turn was 40% complete. The impact was on the LEFT-SIDE of the car near the rear of both body and bumper.
The other party claimed I violated the CVC 22103. Her agent claimed it's my fault. She was most-likely using her cell phone. But I can't prove it. Regarding CVC 22103, there is not way that I can prove her car is at least 200ft behind me.
Is there anyway that I can defence myself?
