I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD THEIR CAR SCRATCHED BY THE NEIGHBORS DOGS!!

I WON....THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I WAS SUING FOR THE LOWEST ESTIMATE OF $623.00. THE JUDGE GRANTED ME THE MIDDLE ESTIMATE OF $785.00.

THANK YOU ALL OF YOU WHO HELPED ME.....

NOW...HOW DO I GET PAID...ANY HELP ON WHAT I DO NEXT?

Hold on a moment. The defendant has the right to appeal the small claims decision. if no appeal is filed within 30 days of the date of the small claim decision, then the award becomes a judgment.

If an appeal is filed, you do the same case all over again. Only difference is that the case is heard before a Superior Court judge. Dont fret, the judge who hears the appeal will have all of the notes of the small claims judge and will already know what the original decision was. Barring any major new evidence, the decision will most likely be upheld.

SO IS THAT THE TIME LIMIT 30 DAYS??

I WAS WONDERING HOW LONG SHE HAS TO APPEAL, I SUSPECT SHE WILL.
