Specail settlement deal with an attorney

What i would like to do is since i have been offered 14,000 to settle from insurance company.I would like to have attorney settle my case but i would only give him a percentage of what he could get over the 14,000 i have already been offered.I know i have have heard of people being offered a certain amout then hiring a attorney and the case settling for a little more than the original offer,so in this way he will earn his money right!!!

Your Special Settlement

Hi. Sense you already ahcieved a settlement offer and you are satisfied or at least with in reason then settle the case yourself and save the money instead of the attorney. Has you'll find a attorney yes could get maybe more but in the long run if it goes through the courts could end up with nothing. Like mine I hope I get a win out of mine but at least I know that the driver was negligence in what he did. Good Luck.

Good point

That is a good point, but i do think this case should be worth more than 14,000 considering i do have 2 disc protrusion in my neck ass a result. It was their insured fault,he would through red light and his also was ticketed.MY medical is 3,800 dollars which would come out of the 14,000 so i think i need to try to get a few more thousands form this.

Need to be careful about case

Hi. Each state has it's own rules regarding cases has it does with insurance companies. I am not sure what yours is and don't wish to devulge any information regarding the case for it may hinder it or yours so be careful in how you approach or discuss it on the web. The advice that I have is a reflection in what I have been through and I am not a attorney. There is so many rules regarding accidents & courts & juries and what they look for. Sometimes it really makes me mad for I was a victim of a Hit & Run in 1997 and my state is considered a no-fault state. I just need to be confident about me & my attorney and pray that the system works.
