Speeding ticket in Johnson County, Kansas

I was just wondering if anyone knew about the laws in Johnson County? I wanted to request a ticket reduction or diversion, but their website sux. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I believe they frown on reductions in Johnson county. If anything an enlargement may be in order. In Johnson County, size matters.
