What is the name of your state? Arizona

We now live in Georgia but my husband had an awful car wreck in AZ over ten years ago when he lived there. The lawyer he had didn't help him much. Drunk driver hit him head on. Very serious injuries but he only got his medical expenses covered.

Is there any way to reopen this case to get payments deserved for husband's injuries?

Thank you.

Arizone has a two year statute of limitations on personal injury, so I am sorry, but you are well beyond that, and can no longer sue to recover damages.

Besides, after 10 years you no longer have explicit proof to convince a judge, jury, or insurance agency that his problems are solely from that accident.
