What is the name of your state? OK

My first question here.

Question regarding early/partial settlement of MVA where the insurance company (state far) has agreed to Liability and payment of Medical Expenses. I am trying to compel them to pay part up front to keep the creditors/doctors from forwarding my accounts to collection agencies and reflecting negatively on my credit. I can't pay them. The insurance co says they don't do this. However, I have heard of structured settlements. Anyone know how to compell such early payments? I am sure they at least have a duty to mitigate damages. Question may be, does my credit rating count as a damage? Uncertain. Thanks.
