this is in regards to the previously posted question titled "stupidteens". chelsea did not specifically tell either friend that the 17yo could drive her car. the 18yo licensed friend thought that it was implied when chelsea said that "they" could borrow the car for the weekend and because the 18yo licensed friend knew that chelsea had let the 17yo unlicensed friend drive it with chelsea before.

i hope that this isn't too confusing. i just want to make sure that we do what is right; my daugther, the 18yo licensed driver, will be made to take responsibility for her part. i really just don't know what that part is.
