successive tortfeasor fla.

What is the name of your state?
Fla. I had an accident in 1995 and again 1998 . some of the injuries carried forth a renewed to old injury. I was reading Successive Tortfeasor 25 fla. l.weekly s386 but i'm not sure i understand it. it says if i establish liability and a jury can not apportion the injury the first tort feasor will be liable for the entire ibjury. my question, if that is true and i only recieved 25% of his liability through the atorney ( first accident) would i still be able to go back on that liability of first accident.? delayed discovery type of claim. i released that claim in 1997. thank you.
