Suspended License

dmv wants to suspend my license because i contributed to a major injury accident. i was the one injured. Up until 12/00, I had a perfect record. i am 49. in Feb and Mar, dmv sent warning letters to say that i was in danger of being considered a negligent driver and if one more incident occurred, i would loose my license. no incident has occurred and dmv has sent a certified letter indicating my license would be suspended in a month. How do I keep my license? I am single and need it to get back and forth to work.
