My son did the following:

Had his drivers license suspended. His insurance company dropped him. He was in a accident in a parking lot. What can I expect to happen. How should he proceed.

Expect to be:
1) Contacted by the owner of the other car and/or his attorney.
2) Contacted by the other car owners insurance company and/or their attorney.
3) If injuries are involved, contacted by the injured parties and/or their attorney(s).
4) If property of the shopping center was damaged, contacted by THEIR attorney.
5) And finally, you might need to contact YOUR attorney.

Sounds like you might get to meet a LOT of attorneys.

Good news... you probably won't be contacted by the Police, since the accident occurred on private property.
