identical twin sons....one was involved in auto accident (in texas) while driving a friends car with no insurance. he was ticketed. because of outstanding warrant his twin let him use his drivers license so he wouldn't be arrested. now "wrong" son is being sued by hit driver. what could happen if "wrong" son tells authorities he switched license?
