is there any help for me?

i was rear-ended a few years ago, aprox 3. (sandwiched, ruined front end and back end) my car was repaired on my insurance but since then i have a history or repairs done to my car including radiator and cracked heads (heads have been replaced 3 times and it is in the shop now for the 4th. the heads have been replaced at year intervals each time except this time was only 3 months ago so i am lucky that it is still covered. I believe that something was not properly fixed since the wreck, or that perhaps my car should have been "totalled" instead of repaired. I have put too much money into repairs for it to be worth keeping. my alignment also needs done frequently and the last mechanic told me that they could not align it properly because my frame was bent. Of course that was from the wreck, should that not have been fixed too?
please help, need advice can't afford to put any more money in my car. has it been too long to pursue anything with the insurance company?
