What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in New Jersey and I have geico insurance**************march 25 of 2009 i was in an automobile accident....Sorry it was my fault....But there is a catch!....I crashed into Car "A" and it slid forward Hitting Car "B". At the scene Car "A" had alot of damage But car "B" had nothing if anything it was a scratch on the back bumper. ..... Now It is going on 5 months and I am just now starting to hear from the insurance company ,When I called to find out what was going on after recieving a call from a totally outside person not involved directly to the accident telling me more then my own insurance company has told me since the accident..... Car "A" agrees with me that Car B drove away in his car after the police report....Well the big problem is that Car B is now going after my car insurance and saying that the whole back of his car was smashed and I know it's not from my accident......Geico is not helping me fight this and Not really even listening to me!**************What do I do?.....How do I go about fighting this?......Someone Please help So i don't have to pay for something i did not do!

Geico is not going to pay for something that you didn't do. They will investigate and pay or deny as appropriate. If there was a small amount of damage to car B, consistent with the damage to the front of car A, then of course they will pay because it's reasonable that you caused it.
