I first called my agent to locate a property owner and establish an apointment. second I went into a sale agreement procedure, when my agent called to let me know the seller was ok with price. I then completed the forms and wrote a check for deposit on the property. less then 12 hours later recieved a call that the tenants had enforced a first right of refusal. This is after the property was listed in the realestate book for three months. And had gone out of contract with the origanal agent of the same company as my agent. We are in limbo right now. The owner has sent the tenants a letter to match the sale price. does it look as though I have leagle recourse? |
