In the past weekend, I received a ticket for not stopping at the "STOP" sign. However, I just found that the ticket was not signed by the cop. Does it mean that the ticket was invalid? Can I go to the court and ask for its dismissal? Or, do I need a lawyer to do it? BTW, I am in OH.

Many thanks!

so a search on "unsigned ticket" and you'll know the answer.

I did, but nothing similar to my case

I did do a search, but it only showed some posts about tickets unsigned by the drivers not by the cop.

Does anyone know of any tip on this? Thanks...
