I was involved in an accident in Sept. 99 in which the other driver was at fault. The passenger in my car is still suffering from 2 herniated discs and had to quit work as pain and numbness in her arms would develop within an hour of work (works a desk job).
We have not as yet contacted a lawyer as all bills have been paid by insurance.
My question is, is there any time period involved for making claims? Is there anything that must be done within a year?
This accident happened in Kentucky.
