I am from Louisiana, I received the Title to my vehicle and a letter stating that I successfully paid off my loan. The Leinholder is now contacting me stating that they sent my Title by mistake. The Title has been signed and noted that the 1st Lein was Released. What are my legal rights to fight this?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Well, it's "tough titties" for them. That title is a negotiable instrument, and once signed, is by law, a complete release from any debt or liens. They knew this going in, and they are the ones in the "superior position" to have known that signing is a complete, non-reversable, release.

Go tell them to blow smoke up someone else's dress.
