I was rear ended and the other drivers Insurance company is trying to total my car, the problem is it is my only vehicle to get around in is there anything i can do?

1. Take the settlement offer and purchase another vehicle.

2. You can keep the vehicle, you will technically buy in back from the insurance company.

3. Rescind your claim and live with a damaged vehicle.

Those are your options, choose one.

You can ask for a rental vehicle until the date that they offer you the settlement.
