A towing company dropped my car during a tow and did damage. ARe they required to give me their insurance information? (I am in Illinois)

Yes, because it is still an accident. If they don't give you their insurance for one reason or another, submit the full cost of repair to them to pay.

Whether their insurance company pays or they directly pay, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE.
