i received a citation for "unsafe start from a stopped position" in LAREDO TX....
since i'm a truck driver i would like to keep this of my record. i noticed on the ticket that my name was misspelled (1 letter ommited) .
in canada the judge would be obligated to quash the ticket.
is this the same in laredo tx?????
