trip and fall

My wife tripped going into a nation wide auto parts store broke her rist and knee cap.
when going in door she tripped on a 3 1/2" raise in the floor that had no warning posted. the funny thing is the store has a handycap ramp from parking lot to the sidewalk but not going in the doors.
so far her medical bills are over 1400.00
do I have a case in TEXAS?

Yes. Hire a personal injury attorney as this is a premises liabilty case. That condition in the floor is not ADA compliant.
