Our car was involved in an accident when a truck jumped his signal and ran in front of us at an intersection, in which we were headed straight. The truck driver acknowledged his mistake first and then changed his mind when the cops came and said he had a green arrow to turn left.
We don't have collision coverage on ou policy. And there were no witnesses to the accident. Please advise.
