two questions, auto accident

What is the name of your state? ca

I was recently rear ended, the other car was turning onto the street, guess he didn't see me there! I got out of my car to see if there was any damage. But there wasn't , he asked if we we're o.k., I said yeah we're fine, no damage to the car so everything is fine. Didn't think I needed to exchange info. But that night I couldn't sleep due to pain in my neck. My question is- can I approach the gentleman after the fact, and ask him for insurance info and all? I know who he is I see him everyday. And question number two. What happens if I don't have insurance Can I still get his insurance to pay for my visit to the chiropractor? Not a scam just want to make sure I don't have a serious injury. Thought I was o.k, because impact was not hard, but I guess it was still enough to do something!!! Thanks for reading, hope someone out there can answer these questions for me. Would greatly appreciate it.

"can I approach the gentleman after the fact, and ask him for insurance info and all?"
*** Of course you can ask him. But don't be surprised if he were to refuse, or even to deny the accident ever happened.

"What happens if I don't have insurance"
*** You could find yourself in a bad situation and could even receive a citation for no insurance.

"Can I still get his insurance to pay for my visit to the chiropractor?"
*** That would be contingent on your getting the information, filing the complaint and getting a response from the insurance company.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Thank you for your response. sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I wanted to wait until I spoke to the gentleman. I did get his information. Now on to the insurance company. I also found out (silly me) that my insurance is still good. So, so far so good. I'll post back after I talk to the ins. co. Thanks again!
