Two witnesses to one/no tickets written..

Regarding the car accident I posted....Woman runs a red light and we collide. There are 3 witnesses, 2 says she ran the red one says I did..No tickets were written at the scene. Her insurance company is now coming after me saying that after their investigation that I am at fault. What should I do in response to their letter???? I had no insurance at the time and I am thinking of filing a small claim against the other driver for my car damage....Should I do it this way???

The Insurance company of the woman driver is coming after me for funds usedto fix her car. The police report has 2 witnesses saying she ran the red light and one saying I did. How should I respond to their letter saying their investigation revealed I was at fault???

deny you were at fault. point out that 2 witnesses claim she ran the red.

Have you contacted the witnesses to find out if they make sense and were in a position to see the color of the traffic signal?
