I was the coach of a baseball team. Our season ending party was at the parent's of one of team members. I had my cell phone in the pocket of my shorts/pants. Without warning, one of the homeowners grab me and threw me in the pool. My cell phone was ruined. It cost me $350 to replace it. Before I left the residence, one of the homeowners agree to pay for my damaged/ruined cell phone. When i tried to collect from the homeowners my $350, they did not comply. I tried to get their homeowners insurance info, but again they did not comply. The homeowner that threw in the pool was drinking beer during the party. What should I do?
