What is the name of your state? Arkansas

We are currently in a law suite. This is reguarding an accident that was not our fault and the other party was ticketed for careless and wreckless driving. The other party has only $100,000.00 worth of liability ins.and the expenses and medical will almost, it not totally exceed that amount. Our attorney advises us that we should give them our policy information and include our underinsured benefits in the law suite. Would that be the best thing for us to do? We feel like this would be our moneys not to split with an attorney. Help
