help! a dui drunk drive hit me head on. his ins co paid me 20k. now my attorney is making a claim against My own ins co under the Under Insured Motorist Provision which i have a 300 k limit.
my neck and back still hurts after11 months. i get head aches, i cant sleep well at nite, i get up exhausted. i can only work at 10-15% capacity. i used to work 70 hrs per wk. real estate and farming.
how much should i claim? 100k? 300k? my lawyer thinks 40k.
i think that's too low considering how much money i will not earn over the next 15 yrs of my life, i am 50.
