uninsured driver

What is the name of your state? California
my neighbor backed her truck into my car and I don't have insurance she claims that she is going to have her insurane pay for it but its been a week and it seams like she's just giving me the run around what can I do ?What is the name of your state?

Get your neighbor's insurance information and file the claim yourself.
