I live in MI a no fault state.
My husband was driving an uninsured vehicle when he was hit by a drunk driver who was at fault. Is the other driver at all responsible for any of the medical bills or car damage that was incurred by this accident?

Yes the other driver can be held liable for your losses. Why shouldn't they? But, and this is a big but, when the insurance company finds out your hubby was driving uninsured, your state will be notified and your husbands driving priveliges will be suspended.
