I have an acquaintance whose license is suspended (for not paying a ticket he got when he was pulled over and his tag had expired) and also doesn't have car insurance (which is mandatory in Florida). He regularly drives his car around, often with his 5 year old daughter as a passenger. He will not pay his ticket and get his license reinstated and will not purchase car insurance because he sees no reason for it.
My questions:
Who would I speak with to report his driving without a license and without insurance?
What penalties would there be for this?
