My response:

All sorts of things can happen. Did you have a specific question in mind?

Will his insurance pay for both vehicles? Will i have to reimburse them for any cost? Can I be charged with anything?

My response:

There is no specific way for me to give you an answer because I didn't see the accident and you didn't describe what happened. In other words, I have no way of knowing if the insurance company of the other driver will make a determination that you caused all or even a small portion of the accident - - or none at all. Depending on that determination will determine whether they pay you any or all of your damages, and whether or not you'll be "on the hook" for any costs or other expenses.

Tennessee State Minimum auto insurance is 25/50/10.

First number: bodily injury liability maximum for one person injured in an accident
Second number: bodily injury liability maximum for all injuries in one accident
Third number: property damage liability maximum for one accident

Tennessee does not require drivers to provide proof of financial responsibility at any time.

Contributory and Comparative negligence defined and explained:

Good luck to you.
