My brother was in a car accidentand was not insured but there were no damages and our pictures and her own boyfriend whos a mechanic confirmed it but the her insurance company say there are and there harrassing and threatening us. what are our rights and what can brother do to protect himself, family and family house. Other party was at fault because she stopped suddenly but they want brother to pay since not insured and she's seekink legal adive and she is also not nice. Thank you
