i live in florida and when i went to update my insurance policy (auto) i noticed on the screan that my two accidents where the person who was at fault did not have good insurance to repair my car showed up on thier computer when they checked my record. how is it that the accident was not my fault but yet the insurance company stilll knows that i have been in two accidents and they had to pya but it was not my fault. is that fair. my insurance is 100 a month on a car that is only worth 3000. but yet take me off the policy and just my wife have the policy it is half price. are my rates high because of the two claims?>
