6 MONTHS AGO MY CAR WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND A UNISURED DRIVER HIT A TOTALED IT HE WAS CHARGED WITH NO INSURANCE UN REGISTERD VEHICLE NO DRVERS LICENSE.WENT TO COURT FOR PAYMENT OF CAR HE DIDNT SHOW SO A JUDGEMENT WAS PLACED ON HIM MY QUESTION IS .DOES HE HAVE A TIME FRAME TO PAY OR CAN IT GO UNPAYED

If you dont do anything to try and collect the judgment the other driver isnt going to do anything to pay you.
