Recently while I was parked in a gravel parking lot in Grayson, KY (I live in Ohio) I along with several other individuals witnessed a "friend" of mine do a "doughnut" spinning his tires and throwing gravel down the side of my car. Immediately I attempted to call the polica, but he insisted that he would have the damage repaired by a family member of his who owns a body shop. So, I left it at that. Sense that day I have been trying to contact him regarding this issue with out any meaningful results. What is the best action for me to take, as the incident happend out of state where would the small claims court need to be notified? (we both live in the same town) Any advice would be a great help.
