On Monday night, October 9, 2000 I took my son to Red Lobster in Durham for his birthday dinner. After dinner we went out to the parking lot to leave and my rear window was shattered. Inside the back of my wagon we found a large rock, just like the rocks in front of Red Lobster...we asked the manager to file a report w/ their insurance...their insurance says Red Lobster is not liable...is that true?
