Vehicle damage

What is the name of your state? Texas

I locked my keys in my car yesterday at work. When I left work a security gaurd tried to unlock my car. He was not able to unlock the car, but in the mean time he scratched the paint down to the metal. I have only had the car 3 days. I want to know if I am responsible for getting the car fixed or is my place of employment?

Did you ask the security guard to assist you?

Google "good samaritan law". Then report back.

Would a good samaritan law apply (in Texas) to a non-emergency situation?
