Venue

What is the name of your state? CA

I was invloved in an accident in my county of residence with some one who lives in Orange county (over 500 miles away) and they filed suit in Orange county. Do I have valid recourse to change the venue to the county where the accident took place? I know its more convenient for them, but do they have valid legal position to file in their county?
