What is the name of your state? Idaho

I was hit from behind at a stop sign by a girl with an expired license. I know that she was charged with inattentive driving and driving with an expired liscense. Her insurance company admitted liability and has already paid of the total loss on my vehicle. I sustained whiplash type injuries and a 1st degree AC shoulder separation and a chipped vertebrae in my neck. I was wearing a seatbelt. At the hospital I was prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxers. I was referred to a physical therapist where I spent 6 weeks with 2 sessions a week to work on neck and shoulder range of motion, and trapezius spasms. I recently finished all of my treatment- but I still have painful popping in my shoulder. My Ortopaedic specialist has told me that I have to avoid repetitive overhead lifting for the rest of my life. What kind of value does my case have for a pain and suffering claim? Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the fact presented here and a thorough review of your case, I would estimate the total value of any legal claim you can substantiate is $11.76.

I do believe you neglected to account for the impact of the Idaho Potato Accident Tax in your calculations. I recalculated using it and came up with $11.84, (or $512.99 Canadian).

This is a common question but can't be determined here. Meds needs to be reviewed, medical history reviewed, background checks, etc.

Wow, I must say- that is very, very clever. I've never heard a joke about Idaho and potatoes before. But, being the ignoramus that you are you failed to take into account that a majority of this country's potatoes are grown in Washington. Besides that, i live in northern Idaho, "The Dried Pea and Lentil Capital of the World." So answer me this- Where would you, and the rest of the country for that matter, be without agriculturally driven states?

Thank you Lynx. I appreciate that people like you are willing to help, unlike certain others who need to get their jollies by poking fun at others based on their circumstances or location.

Yet you're apparently not clever enough to realize that people don't have ESP and canot evaluate your claim via a paragrpah you wrote on a website. Mash on, potato boy.
