I was hit from the back by a individual with terrible insurance. My lawyer received damages for the car and the medical bills from MY insurance company. Now he wants to file a lawsuit. All this I know from his secretary, because the lawyer does not return my phone calls. He is proceeding with my case without my permission. Please tell me what I can do, and what he is sepouse to do.
