What is the name of your state? TX

I was hit on my back passenger corner by someone's front drivers bumper while making a left turn. I had two lanes to choose from, the other driver had two as well. The other driver I guess thought they had three lanes and I only had one. She even got out of her car and started swearing at me for turning into my lane.....thinking it was hers. She does have ins., but they denied my claim, who knows why.

The damage is around $500, or my deductible. My ins. won't go after them unless I file on mine. It's clearly her fault, what are my options?

Can I get the other drivers statement from her insurance company? She tried to file on mine as well, can I get that?

Thanks,

Abe
