what to do ?????


What is the name of your state? NH
rear end at a toll booth.old far, 10,000 in med pay.and 2,000 in repair
lawyer said he puts in a demand for 50,000 but told me it is worth 24,000
- 33.33
I don't know what to do
so I walk a was with 15,000
what to do people? any ideas?

i would feel better with like 1mill. but what can u do
can i fire the lawer and settle with out him now ?? one know how to do that
he said i have fees up to $250 now

You can only do what's allowed in your agreement with the lawyer. Most likely, you're stuck with this lawyer unless you can show that he's not properly handling your case per your agreement or per standard best practices.

oh well
now he said that he has this computer program that said to him that he would only get 24,000 so I said to him I would like 20,000 so he said to me well I will have to ask for 35,000 and I will get the 20,000 I would like
I don't know what to do??

You signed the agreement with the lawyer, so you have to take whatever you can get based on that agreement and what they're offering.
