what to do

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I am in the middle of settlement negoitations with an insurance company for personal injury due to an auto accident (soft tissue injury). I went to my doc and went through weeks of physical therapy. At the conclusion of the therapy, I did indeed feel better. During treatment I limited my activities, as I am a very active person.
The doctor release me from care.

After the new year, I felt that it was time to try to resume my "normal" routine. I walked 25 miles a week, work out with weights, etc.

Well, guess what? I hurt like hell. And of course it would have to be when the adjuster calls and wants to settle the claim. It's only been 3 months since the accident.

Since my doc has "signed off" on me is this going to be a problem?
