I am into my 4th week of still recieving physical therapy for injuries sustained in an auto accident that I was in a month ago. The driver that hit me was at fault.
Although I still need treatment, I am getting real tired of going twice a week and would like to take a break from treatment. Is this going to have any bearing when it comes time to settle?
I've also been wondering when I'll hear from the adjuster. Are they more likely to offer a settlement as it gets closer to the end of the year?
