What if I don't pay storage fees?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I had an accident in August. I was wondering what will happen if I don't pay for storage fees at the auto body shop my car is at. I have settled with the insurance company and they don't want the vehicle. The place where the car is stored said I owe $2000 in storage fees. I don't want the car, what can the storage place do if I don't pay?

They can sue you, and win, and go after your wages or bank accounts.

Possibly sue you to garnish your wages or levy your bank aco****s. Also, your car could be sold at auction either for driving or for parts.
